Demo and Install flow (HHSJ-UAT): current and proposed

Field Service mobile flow Demo_and_Install, version 1, saved 25 Aug 2026 (41 screens, 29 decisions), traced from UAT metadata. The proposal keeps every field the business captures today and the same records for downstream automation, but asks for them in 10 screens instead of 24. Client, address and dates are sample values; [brackets] mark values not taken from UAT.

Status:the current flow has no active version in UAT (or Prod). Version 1 is saved as an invalid draft. Technicians on the live app still get "Demo and Install Back up 10/09" (2022).

Field Service mobile limits this design works within

Screens are not reactive on the mobile app
So the product filters (screen 2) must come before the product list (screen 3). That split stays.
Standard screen components only
No data table, lookup or custom components. The design uses radio buttons, checkboxes, a checkbox group, picklists and text, like today.
Conditional visibility is unproven here
The current flow never uses it. Test it in your Field Service app before relying on it (Decline fields, mobile serial, change bill payer). Fallback: those become a short extra screen only when triggered.
Checkbox group from product records
Needed for "tick all extra peripherals". Test on the device. Fallback: today's pick-one-then-"add more" pattern for peripherals only.
Offline working
Product, catalog and price records must be on the device if technicians install without signal. Serial checks need a record lookup, so they run after Next, not while typing.
Downstream stays the same
The flow still writes the same Temp_Order_Header__c, Temp_OrderItem__c, Temp_Service__c and Temp_Asset__c records, so the completion automation and order publish need no change.
